Turnaround

Standard turnaround is 48 hours. Express and same-day options are available on request. Timelines may vary for wedding wear, restoration and specialty items.

Care & liability

We take every reasonable precaution to protect your garments. In the rare event of an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Liability is limited to the value of the garment, up to a reasonable maximum consistent with industry norms.

Payment

Accepted methods include UPI, cards, net banking and cash on delivery.
